From Friday 7 to Sunday 9 September 2012 during the fair and the horse Festival, producers and artisans of the country of Arles invite you place de la R��publique to the seventh edition of Camargue Gourmande. Three days to discover the Camargue in all its facets: rice from Camargue, the country of Arles, honey, cheeses of goat, organic products and AOC of Camargue, crayfish and eels in Camargue olive, wines and organic Camargue vegetables, soaps and sail body to the Camargue, the Camargue boot mare's milkthe Camargue saddle, the driftwood and sites of Camargue. In the program: meetings with producers, workshops of animation-tasting themed around local products prepared by the chefs of the Conservatory great South of the kitchens of Camargue, educational games on the Camargue with the complicity of the natural Regional Park of Camargue and the marshes of Vigueirat, rice painting animations. Event free and accessible to all from Friday to Sunday night.
