Map of Bouches-du-Rhône

Welcome to Bouches-du-Rhône

Three ambiances filled with three different emotions - Marseille, a bustling city with a great cultural and ethnic mix, Arles and the Camargue with its wild untamed countryside, and Provence with a lifestyle all of its own.
This is an outstanding area offering a wide range of experiences - towns, countryside, culture, the sea, festivals, walking, arts and crafts, traditions, relaxation and a chance to meet other people.

"Organic enthusiasts, this place is for you! Right at the heart of the Côtes de Provence vineyard, in the commune (administrative area) of Trets, La Ferme de Noé is much more than a farmhouse inn. A true centre of sharing and learning, the owners have made sustainable development and social cohesion their principal values. Small children enjoy discovering what farm life is like here through fun activities. This vocation to educate is popular with the public, right down to the farm baskets sold on the premises. While you are here, don’t miss the opportunity to taste organically grown farm produce, warm country cooking in a simple and pleasant setting. A place full of treasures – discover them without delay.

Trets

This old mediaeval town is between Mount Sainte-Victoire and the Aurélien Hills. It has retained several reminders of its past: a 12th century house, parts of the town walls and a 15th century Romanesque church. A little further on, in the Régagnas range, there is a fine panorama of the region from Saint-Jean-de-Puy’s hermitage (5th century).
